The Council of European Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CPT) has recently published a report on a visit to Norway carried out in spring 2018.
One of the main findings from the visit was that Norway should improve the situation for prisoners in solitary confinement.
