Request access to information in a case
Anyone who wishes to access a document or information about a case that is under consideration by the Parliamentary Ombudsman can request access by clicking the button below or by sending us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
To request access, you have to state the case number and/or the document number for each case. Click the button below to see an example of how to find case and document numbers. Requests for access will normally be processed within 1–3 working days.
The Parliamentary Ombudsman’s public journal contains publicly available information about documents sent or received by the Ombudsman. The journal information is available for ten days after the date of publication. You can download the journals here.
