This is a list of the Norwegian Parliamentary Ombudsmans publications. Only the summaries of the annual reports and the information leaflet is available in english.

Annual reports
The full reports are available in Norwegian (bokmål or nynorsk) only, but the summary (see below) is available in English.
Each year by the beginning of April the Ombudsman submits a report to the Storting describing the activities of the Ombudsman’s office during the past year. Amongst other issues the reports provide information on the activities of the organisation and on selected issues of administrative law of general interest. In addition, the reports contain discussions of a selection of the Ombudsman’s opinions. -
Summary of the annual reports
The abridged version of the report is a summary of the annual report and contains information and statistics relating to the activities of the Ombudsman’s office during the year in question. The summary also provides an overview of issues of public interest reviewed during the course of the year.

Special reports
Each year, at his own instigation, the Ombudsman conducts a number of investigations into administrative practice and the exercising of authority. The Ombudsman briefs the Storting on some of these investigations in special reports. These reports are available in Norwegian only (bokmål or nynorsk).

Information leaflet
The Parliamentary Ombudsman has published a leaflet containing a brief outline of the duties and activities of the Ombudsman. The topics covered include the powers of the Ombudsman, how to write a complaint, and how the Ombudsman and his staff handle complaints. The leaflet is available as a PDF document in Norwegian (bokmål and nynorsk), Sami and English.
