All complaints to the Parliamentary Ombudsman must be in writing and must be signed. You may either write a letter in the normal way, or use the complaints form below. If you use the complaints form, it must be completed and sent by post. At the present time, we do not accept complaints sent by e-mail. If you complain on behalf of a third party, you must attach an authorisation from the party concerned.
